How to Multiply Your Influence Someone once told me that people who choose to work in the wellness industry are the real thing. Most wellness practioners are in the business to help others get healthy; they are not just in it for the money, but genuinely want to contribute something of value. For many health minded entrepreneurs, work is more than mere business, it’s a personal mission. In many cases, health promoters make significant sacrifices, putting their personal fortunes on the line in order to send their message and make their mark on the world. Their central challenge is not how to help the people who find them, but how to find the people to help! The survival of their mission depends upon the level of local influence they achieve. How does a local health practitioner multiply his or her influence in a local community? I have been in private practice since 1990, focusing on wellness and sports injuries. As a college athlete I learned early the importance of discovering the proper treatment, and more importantly, alternative treatments to achieve wellness.
